The Florida Medical Marijuana Legalization Initiative, also known as Amendment 2, appeared on the November 8, 2016 ballot in Florida as an initiated constitutional amendment. It was passed with 71% of voters support. On June 9th 2017, Florida Governor Rick Scott signed into effect the Florida Medical Marijuana Legalization Initiative. Or any other ailment/condition of similar severity/symptoms, as determined by a physician’s opinion that the medical use of marijuana would outweigh any potential health risks
